Video on Premier Pro is coming up as a square instead of stretch to fill

Hey guys,

 

When I export my video it comes up as a little square instead of full screen. All clips were shot with a Canon 800D so I don't know why they might be different fps or whatever.

 

These are my export settings am I doing something wrong?
