Video Pixelating In Premier Pro

I am working on an animated project using Animate CC and have made several clips.
Videos are of high quality when I export them in Animate CC.
But when I edit the videos in Premier Pro, there's this issue of pixelating. Videos are blurry when I zoom in on a character. And I have tried everything, from changing the format from H264 to 265, and everything else, like changing some settings in media encoder, but nothing works.
Please help!
