Question

Video play speed is higher than what was in timeline after rendering.

Hi,
I made a school video project in Premiere Pro CC 2020. For some reason after rendering the file, the all the visual content in the video runs a bit faster and you can notice that in parts where people are walking. But the speed of the sound remains the same. This ends the video quicker and the audio keeps playing.
I've tried to render it in different qualities in both Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.
Thanks.

Hello,

Can you please tell me if all the rushes that you're using are from the same source?with the same info and settings? If yes

Please try to open a new sequence and drag and drop one of these clips to the timeline so the timeline will ask you if you want to change the settings to match the clip settings so please press yes!then you copy all the material that you're editing from the old sequence to the new sequence... this could fix your issue cause maybe the sequence is not matching your clips settings.

or

You might be working with a variable frame rate footage.

Please use applications that can transcode your footage to a constant frame rate before importing them to premiere pro and your issue will be fixed.
