Video Playback Faster than Audio
I know there's a lot of forums on this topic but none of the solutions I've found have worked for me. When bringing a file into PP, the audio plays normally but the video is faster.
The video was shot on Panasonic Aj-PX270's and mixed/recorded on a Streamstar X4. Codec is AVC-I100/60p, frame rate is 59.94. I'm using PPCC 2017.
The unedited file plays fine in Media Player but when brought into Premiere, the audio is normal but video is about 20% faster (original file says duration is 1:40:00 while project media thumbnail says 1:20:00).
So far I've tried creating a new sequence; I deleted video, cleared cache, renamed it, and imported it in again; tried the whole audio hardware thing; I exported it anyway and still same issue with the exported file.
I appreciate any help I can get and keep in mind I'm very new to videography/video editing. Thanks!
