Video playback is sped up

Hello, I've been having a recent issue with my Premiere Pro where the video playback for my video is sped up and I've tried multiple steps into slowing down the speed. Firstly, I made the file was no corrupted, and I've played the video through a few different players to make sure the file wasn't corrupted of any sorts. Secondly, I've done the "Audio Hardware Input" method, along with experimenting with using the CNTRL+J & H to speed up and down the video. NOTHING is working. No matter what project I open up, the video playback is sped up, however my audio recording on the tracks below the clip is in normal speed. This all started when I was trimming the footage and I don't think I hit any hot keys on accident. I tried deleting the chache, and completely reset all the preferences and it actually fixed the issue, but when I started to trim up my video again, this issue started again! Been using premiere pro for a few years now and I don't understand why this is now an issue all of a sudden. If anyone has any feedback or suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. I'm about 80% done with a long project I've been working on and this issue has completely haulted my progress.

Can you share a screenshot of your Application window with the clips that are playing back sped up?

You said, no matter what project I open, did you try a new project, drop in a clip, drag the clip to the timeline, check it there?

Also, if you have a short clip you can upload to Google Drive, etc... I'd be happy to check it here.

If your audio hardware is set to NO input you might want to try resetting preferences.
