Howdy! New Adobe user here... I made a video and exported, after the 3 hour wait... the video was in slow motion and the audio was normal. How can I fix?

Since it is Variable Frame Rate, you will need to convert it before importing into Premiere Pro

Use Handbrake as in my previous reply.

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:

Hi Matthew22540727b6ex!

Sorry to hear that. Can you share the details of media files (codec format, frame rate, frame size)? Are they screen recorded footage?.

Let us know.

Thanks,

Kartika

Thank you for your quick response. I'm sorry for my delay... The video was recorded on a Galaxy S21 and the transferred to a Microsoft Surface laptop and edited in Adobe Premiere.

You're going to need to provide a pile of information on what your footage is, sequence is and export settings.
