Video quality is grainy in the 4th panel, where it previews it.

I'm super super beginner on Premiere Pro and can't figure out how to fix the grainy look on all my imported videos. On the 1st panel where I imported them, they look normal, original quality of my videos was good, then on the source panel, they still look normal, but they look horrible and grainy on the panel on top of sequence. Please help me; I'm super frustrated and not very tech savvy but need to do this for a school project

You either have the playback resolution set low or you don't have the images on a proper sequence for them.

Right-click an image, select Properties, and a dialog pops up with the frame-size/rate/fps information of the clip.

Click in the Timeline panel so it has the blue outline, then the Sequences menu, Sequence Settings option like below, what's showing for frame-size there?

What it sounds like is your sequence doesn't match your media, which getting the above information would confirm.

At that point, select a clip in the Project panel, then click the New Item icon in the lower right of that panel, select New Sequence, and it will create a sequence with the appropriate frame-size/rate for that media.
