VIDEO RENDERER ERROR - PREVIEW GET'S BLACK - CAN'T EXPORT "COMPLEX EFFECTS"

HI dear community.

Referring on a problem i face for 2 months since updated the last version of Premiere 22.

My system is 64 GB RAM - last Intel processor and decent setup for most of the editings at medium level.

Everytime I edit ( and set up the Renderer in Project settings) on CPU, sometimes even normal footage (without effects at all) it get's black directly preview screen, and I can't see anything.

I go change setting to Softweare renderer (preview comes back) but if I use an trasition (even simple ones native Premiere or Motion Arrays) it stuck and appear the red line like the transition, text effect etc doesn't get rendered. I don't mind for previews but the problem if I do export the same video it will appear that red line in middle of the screen or it will not export the video.

PLEASE HELP ME WITH SOME SOLUTIONS ABOUT THIS ISSUE it is frustrating and limits the creativity a tons... I almost consider just to edit by smartphone now. please HELP
