Question

Video rendering and playback

I am using Premiere Pro CC 2018. In project setting, the only option for video rendering and playback is Mercury Playback Engine Software. It used to be two options available for renderer:  GPU or software based.  I want to use my GPU, does anyone know what is going on?

I appreciated  in advance!

If it doesn't allow you to choose GPU, then perhaps your GPU does not meet the requirements of Premiere. Please tell us the model of GPU and other computer specs

    Thanks

That card is almost 10 years old and will not be supported for GPU rendering

    Thanks
