Video Rendering and Playback Greyed out.

Hi all,

I have a problem after the update to Premiere Pro 2021. My video rendering and playback option is all grayed out when starting a new project. In Premiere Pro CC 2020 i could choose between: "Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration"(the one i always choose) and "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only". But in 2021 version the option is grayed out on the "software only" option.

I am Using AMD Radeon(TM) R4 Graphics on my Laptop. 

Sometimes it Shows GPUsniffer.exe issue. I installed new window 10 1909 updated version but still showing same issue.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue. My clients are waiting. I am in big tension.

Any suggestions what could be the issue?
