Firstly so sorry if my question already been answered before.

I need to clarify what the different between those 3 when start using premier pro & media encoder

1. Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA)
2. Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (OpenCL)

3. Mercury Playback Engine Software Only

In premier pro, when start editing, what is the different between those 3?
Is it have to do with my type of editing or???

Hope someone understand my question. Thank you.

If you have an GPU then the options for CUDA are the normal one to have Premiere Pro utilize the GPU for the things it does use a GPU for. OpenCL is another option though not used much for Nvidia, mostly for AMD cards.

Software only means Premiere does not use the GPU.

Yes, it's the most common to use CUDA if your hardware supports it.
