Video rendering problem

Hello,

I've had a problem for several days with premiere pro.

I'm rendering a 2-minute video in 1080 on 1920 in basic H.264. Video and sound rendering with effects.
As soon as I render, the yellow bar above the timeline disappears and premiere pro only renders sound...... I can't render video.

Can you please help me, I'm desperate....

Hello, it's a 2022 Macbook pro with Ventura 13.5

How old is the Mac that you're using? Older Macs are no longer supported by either Apple or Adobe.

    Helo, i work on mac so i have already made the update and it doesn't work still... 

    i don't know what to do.

    Make sure your graphicscard has the latest driver installed.
