I'm playing back an MOV of my band's cover of "The Seeker" (irrelevant), and it restarts the first fame at 17 seconds when played back. I could provide screenshots.

I took it into Final Cut Pro without issue, but I still would like to crack this hang up for others who experience this hang up.

Of course, I agree with you, it is always useful for anyone who has had a similar problem, and possibly even for Adobe who may want to deepen.

Ok for Instagram, but I was referring to the reproduction of the time-line that could be limited to the two points: in and out, and then start again from the in, as can be specified in the preferences section that I wrote before.

    Just try to control it.

I’ve thus far learned the video’s source codec was an HEVC, and Premiere does not favor this. This was not an in-point out-point conflict; those were just for a specified region I wanted for Instagram. If I could video this would be faster; playing the clip throughout on timeline and preview, the audio isn’t affected, but the video footage itself at 17 seconds restarts to frame one.

Ok, it seems that the part delimited between the entry and exit points is reproduced in sequence.

Try in the meantime to delete the in-out points (right-click on the time ruler, and choose "delete in and out") and watch if the sequence is reproduced below.

Then go into the preferences and disable continuous playback in the "edit">"time-line" section; you'll find "At the end of playback, return to the beginning to start playback again"
