Video Slide Split Transition not working properly? *Images Inside*

Hello, this issue has been going on for a for over 3 months..Almost everytime I try to add the Slide Split Transition, it somehow changed the scene during the portion of the slide but back to proper scene when the slide is over. I inserted 3 images below.

This is before I add the transition showing the beginning of the clip

As soon as I insert the effect, during the portion of the slide it changes the video frame

But as soon as the slide is over, it goes back to the frame it supposed to be.

Has anyone ever experience this? Please help, thank you!

Edit: I inserted another image because the second image kinda looks the same, so heres another one showing that it is not the same scene that is supposed to be

    If you are using the Split transition to transition between two clips then:

    1) the two clips must be adjacent to each other on the same track and the Split transition is applied to the cut point between them,

    OR

    2) if you are using the Split transition to reveal a new clip over a different clip, then the old clip must continue on a track below the new clip where the Split transition is applied - otherwise the Split transition will reveal black.

    I'm answering number 2.

    I want to reveal the black, the will be the intro so the transition will be like the opening scene of a movie. But as soon as I apply the split transition the frame(s) of the split slide transition is not the same as the frames after the split slide transition. Heres another example.

    This is without the transition, this SHOULD be the beginning of the frames

    This is when I apply the transition . Its not the same frames anymore once I add the transition. And theres nothing under this clip.

    This is after the transition is over, it goes back to the normal frames but before that during the transition its a whole different frame.

    Have you ever encountered this??

    I would suspect a left-over render/cache file. Trying clearing those.

    To test first if you wish, create a new project and just do the transition.
