Video Sync Issue

Hey Friends

I have a video that runs completely fine. The audio and video are in sync. However, once I import it into Adobe Premiere, the audio and video become out of sync. I start a new project, go to Import, select the video I want to edit, and click Create. From here, the video is always out of sync.

I really need help because I can't fix it anymore.

(I'm using Windows 11.)

Expanding upon the answer by  Ann Bens :

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate before importing into Premiere Pro:

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:

If the footage is variable framerate convert to constant framerate with Handbrake or Shutter Encoder before bringing into Premiere.

VFR is knows to cause out of sync issues.
