Video Transition from Motion Array not working

Hi there,

I'm hoping someone can help. I am quite new to editing videos on Adobe. I've downloaded some transitions from Motion Array to include in a promotional video I am making for my business. The video files show up in my library, but the file seems to be empty/isn't playing. I downloaded several different transitions as I thought perhaps one of them was bugged or faulty. So far I tried the following: check if my adobe is the newest version, cleared media cache in my preferences, unchecking the composite linear in the sequences checkbox. I would be grateful if someone could help me! I took screenshots of the files and what it looks like in my screen.
