Video Transition I can't find or replicate

How do I make this transiton? I can't seem to find it online or in prepackaged transitions.

It looks like a very short gradient wipe transition using a blurred light source as the gradient.

I found the gradient wipe transition. How do I change its settings to get the same effect?

I'm not at my editing computer now, so I can't show a screenshot, but which gradient wipe are you using?

Are you using one of the FimImpact transitions?
