Video turns out really bad after export, like really bad. Even without effects and so.

Short video, no effects, turns out really bad after export. Somethings wrong and i cant figure out why. Tried diffrent settings. Have two projects earlier turned out the same way. I have some deadlines coming and i dont know what to do. Somebody have an idea?
