Videos expoting as blank in Premiere Pro

I am new to Premiere pro and am having trouble exporting videos. The issue is that the final MP4 file has no visual or is glitchy.  There is no error message that shows. I have tried on other computers so at least know that the issue is with this computer. I followed a prompt to download the below drive as Premiere Pro said my computer wasn't compatible and lead me to the below link.

Here is also the device specs below of the computer I'm working on at work.

 

 

So far we have troubleshooted uninstalling and reinstalling both premiere pro and media coder, restarted computer, and have done latest update for the computer. Here is a screenshot of the export window before I click Export. In the preview window everything looks fine.

 

I have also attached the exported final result. If anyone has any suggestions for troubleshooting that would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks Kevin. This seemed to fix the issue and it is now exporting the MP4. I wasn't sure whether to unintall the previous version but it seems to be working and I don't want to touch anything now haha.

    Hello @Renato35758293a9qa,

    Thanks for the message. Yeah, that's weird! As others have noted, the current studio driver could be the cause. They fixed it by returning to an earlier studio driver. Could that be the case? Try rolling back a driver version and then let the community know. If that is not the case, kindly return with any other details you can think of.

      Thank you @Kevin-Monahan for getting back to me. So in this case with the link below what version should I choose? Because I am new to video editing this is all foreign to me. Would it be the 'Product Series' drop down? Or the 'Product' drop down?

      Hello @Renato35758293a9qa,

      I heard from the team. For now, they suggest you reinstall the previous driver. Specifically, install the Studio driver, version 551.23 (not the game-ready driver). You can find this by doing the following:

      1. Nvidia.com

      2. Select Drivers from the top menu bar.

      3. Click the Beta and Older Drivers link.

      4. From the "Recommended / Beta" popup menu, choose Studio Driver

      5. Choose your Nvidia product, operating system, and language. 

       

      After clicking Search, download and install version 551.23.
