Videos I export cant be watched on other devices.

Hello guys, for some reason a good 70%of the videos I export (doesnt matter the size nor the format) cannot be watched on other dispositives(pc, tablet, ledwall etc) although on my pc they never gave me any problem I can always watch them without any issue, but when I send a video to a client there's almost always an issue with him/her not being able to correctly visualize the video.

Sometimes its because he/she gets a codec not supported error, other times it just doesnt read the file or the video is all black, I have no idea why this happens (I almost always export in h.264) and i have no idea why I never have any problem seeing the videos on my pc while my client cant view them.

Could someone please help me fix this issue?

Maybe try using one of the youtube or vimeo presets in adobe media encoder (under social media).  They should be pretty dependable.   How are you sending the client the files?  You might ask them to send a problematic file back to you and see if it still plays on your system.

For some reason they removed the image button.

You can drag/drop or copy/paste.

Guessing the problem lies with your client.

Post screenshot export settings.
