Videos Imported are cutting of the first 8-10 seconds

I have videos that when I import or drag and drop them into Premier the first 8-10 seconds are being removed so the imported video is 8-10 seconds shorter. I've tried various Codecs (mp4, mov, m4v, ts) and it's happening with the video regardless. I can view the entire clip in other players. The clips were created with the Screen record in the iPhone control panel from Apple that was released in IOS 11. If anyone has any ideas how I can get premier to bring in the full clip it would be greatly appreciated!!

    Hi Tre8le,

Sorry for the trouble. It seems like an issue with the Frame rate.

What is the exact dot version of Premiere Pro? FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?

Premiere Pro started supporting VFR in the latest version. Please update to the latest version & check the issue.

Update apps to the latest release of Adobe Creative Cloud
