Videos Not exporting with Lumetri Color Effects

Hi there!

I haven't quite found the exact same issue I'm having in the forums. Whenever I export video from Premiere Pro, both straight from Premiere and also from Media Encoder, my videos are exporting without the color effects I've added via Lumetri.

I export using a custom version of H.264. I start with the Vimeo 1080p preset and then just click on the "Match Source" button and then check the "Use Maximum Render Quality" checkbox.

Here's my system specs:

Mac Pro (Late 2013)

Processor: 3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5

Memory: 32 GB 1866 MHz DDR3

Graphics: AMD FirePro D700 6144 MB

If there IS an answer out there in the forums, could someone point me to it? I don't have the best searching abilities.

Thanks!

Andrew

Hi Andrew,

After exporting your sequence from Premiere Pro or Media Encoder, where exactly are you checking the playback?

Did you check the playback after re-importing your final footage in Premiere Pro?

Thanks,

Kulpreet Singh

I check the playback using Preview from within Finder AND using Quicktime.

I just checked the playback by re-importing my exported video files back into Premiere. NOW they look perfect with the Lumetri effects added.

The desaturation/no color effects is also viewable on the streaming service we use (Wistia). Why does Premiere see the color effects but nothing else does?

I've attached photos of the video straight from Premiere and exported as a reference.

Don't use your computer for quality control.  Too many variables that can alter the signal.

Get the video off the computer and onto a calibrated TV.  Report back once that's done.

I have seen others report this.  Try a forum search.
