Vignetting after reframing in Premiere pro?

Hi ! I'd like to know if there is a way to add vigneting after reframing under Premiere Pro (I know the option is available under LrC but I cannot find the same option in Premiere). I shot in 4k to be able to reframe as much as I need during editing - my timeline is 2K. But then when I apply vigetting, it applies to the whole footage and not on the reframed footage...
