Vimeo and Youtube Presets not showing on Premiere Pro

I have changed from Windows to Mac on using  Premiere Pro , and when I tried to export my first video to Vimeo and Youtube, I could not find the Presets I was used to. (Mobile 4k, Vimeo 4k and Youtube 4k)

Is it different on Mac? How do I get the presets?

    I found the Mobile 4k, but on Vimeo and youtube I have a message: Segment already translated.... source not resend

    Look under H.264 in the export settings.

    Thanks Ann, Under H264 I've found the mobile 4k. But the youtube 4k and VImeo 4k apparently had this message: Segment already translated.... source not resend
