Hello, I bought the creative cloud yesterday, I downloaded the premiere and I passed it through virustotal, and it told me that I could have 3 viruses

Report the false positive to your antivirus provider.

Did you go to the Adobe website, then download the Adobe Creative Cloud app, then open that app, and install Premiere? As that is the correct way to get any of Adobe's CC apps. It should be "clean" after install of the CC app. Although a few virus checkers do see "suspicious" things from time to time, that's because they are perhaps being extra cautious.

Never heard of any actual malicious outside code getting included in a CC download.
