Visualization problem

Hello, I just downloaded Adobe Premiere Pro but I have a big problem. The program freezes after a few seconds of starting. I have a viewing problem and I can't see my edits. I have tried deleting the cached media and reducing the RAM reserved for other applications (I have 8 GB of RAM installed) but to no avail. Any solution to suggest to me please? Thank you very much.

Sorry to hear that. Would you mind sharing your system (OS, GPU)? Could you check if there's an update available for your GPU driver? 

Does it happen with specific media files?
