Viz One

Does anyone have any knowledge of integration between Premiere Pro and Viz One? We have Premiere Pro and Viz One, we have a degradation of video quality. We are in the troubleshooting phase.

We are capturing to the MAM in XDCam 50 format. Then importing into Premiere Pro, editing packages and exporting back to MAM. We are using VizOne MAM. We require .MXF files as playout on Viz servers.

We are getting .MXF files ouput, but quality is not as original import.

Final output is via Viz Mosart automation system.

I am not editor in company, I am Technical Director in control room, editors and entire editorial staff sent back to Japan because of Covid.

Its me and boss left trying to troubleshoot issue.
