voice over feedin bACK

hello i am truing to use the voice over feature

i have this problem, when recording start the voice is heard twice, with more or less delay according to buffer size. So it is the normal effect of audio heard when coing back from the audio hardware.I don t know how to disabkle this in opremiere though

any hint?
