VR HELP PLEASE .... GoPro Reframe VR Plugin ... WHEN WILL THIS WORK???

This plugin worked just fine in the last version of Premiere, but for whatever reason, this current version breaks it ... When will this be fixed? Is there another plugin we can use?

Premiere's VR tools are limited in editing VR footage in non-VR projects. Basically all I am looking for is creating "tiny planet" type effects, and be able to move through the VR footage. GoPro VR plugin was the answer ... now I have to open up an old version of Premiere to just use the plugin. 

If anyone has a suggesting on anything that works that I can download lemme know ... would be extremely greatful.
