Vr Video from Scratch

So I've created a video Montage using b-roll and plugins. It's made in Premiere Pro from scratch using layers. How doni not export this out for use in a 3d projected dome at either 360⁰ or better 180⁰? 

 

I understand there could be a seam at the back end but how do you get rid of the anoos if you look directly up?
