Want to create a slow mo to analyse movement

I am shooting with Sony alpha 6300 120fps.

i don't know what but when I import the file in pro it shows the property of file as 30 fps.

I am shooting in high definition but my videos are not clear in adobe pro. The movements are blurred. When I move forward frame by frame the ball in each frame is blurry.
I don't know where is the issue ? Is it camera or adobe ?

You said you set the camera to 120 FPS, Premiere Pro sees it as 30FPS, and MediaInfo sees it as 23.976 FPS.

Something isn't right here, and I'm not sure what the issue is.

I'm with Bob on this. You need to figure out what you're doing in-camera so that at least the camera and MediaInfo 'see' the same data on the file.

MediaInfo is reading from the file header block, as is PrPro. And both are clearly not showing what you expect it to. Which we can't sort out too well as we can't see any camera settings either.

Everyone's mileage always varies ...
