Want to take a heavy project on the road, need help making proxies.

I have a relatively large amount (32 hours) of 4k XAVC-I footage that I have begun working on at a workstation capable of editing it online. However, I will be travelling for some time and need to be able to continue the edit on my laptop, which is not able to work directly with the clips. Since the edit is underway, the Ingest proxies are not an option (or are they?). I need to be able to generate the proxies, preferably on the workstation at home and transfer them to the laptop. Is there a way to do this that is practical?
