Hello
As in Photoshop there is a tool where on can brush over an area to increase or decrease the area that may need adjusting.
Is there a tool in Premiere Pro that I can brush over the flare out in an attempt to bring up a bit of detail so that the white area now showing is less than overwhemling. Thanks!!
