hi iam downloaded .mp3 file and trying to import but this message pops up , any help is appreciated

Thanks for writing in. Sorry for the frustration, though. Hope we can help you. What is the file size for this .mp3? Do you mind me asking? If you change the file extension to ".wav," does it import then? Please return with any pertinent info.
