WeBM exporting issue

Hi all,

I had an animated sticker set and I want to upload them to Telegram. I only have PNG sequences so the only format Telegram supports is WeBM.

I downloaded and installed WebM from CCD plugins, and now Pr supports WebM import and export. Everything looks good until I try to export.

This is what it should looks like 

And this is what it exported

It can't even import back to my project, Pr will say unsupported or damaged file.

I have attached my export settings in case I made some mistakes.

I tried to increase bitrate, change codec method, decrease keyframe distance. None of them works

    Just found out that changing the following will result export freeze halfway forever (Pr still responding and I can cancel with no problem), or exported file completely damaged and unreadable:

     

    Codec method other than the default variable bitrate or higher than 1000kb/s

    Max keyframe distance smaller than 72

    Sampling other than default 4:2:0
