WebM plugin export FPS error
Hello, i have encoding some videos in WebM format but it's impossible for a fps error ...
When I looked at the videos I noticed that the image was jumping ...
The webm plugin changes the fps from 29.97 to 30.033 ...
I do not understand why ... I have done several tests but always with the same result.
In the end the videos converted in this way have image tremors.
Do someone have any solution?
I am using Premiere pro CC 2018.
