Weird Color Rec709

Hi there. 

I am doing color correction on a project with multiple cameras. The footage was apparently shot in Rec709 - MXF, transcoded into ProRes to help with multicams in Premiere. 

I am using a Rec709 LUT (I've experimented with a bunch of LUTS in fact) and for some reason, I cannot get these cooked leeks to not look NEON GREEN. I tried using an HSL Secondary and isolating colors, white balancing, etc - nothing seems to be working. 

Any suggestions? It's the Greens and the Yellows that seem to be suffering the most.
