Weird Cropping of Basic 3D when exporting 4K

I'm using the Basic 3D effect on my screen captures to make them more interesting...but it's doing some weird cropping when I try to export it in 4K.  1080p seems fine...how can I fixe this so I can export in 4K, or explain to me whats going on.  Thanks!!
