Weird diagonal lines across clips- What did I do?!

So I'm editing a podcast and I pressed a button without thinking and all of a sudden my clips have these weird diagonal lines across them, the part I was editing in the bottom right suddenly looks like a brick and no sound is playing. This is such a basic question but I'm new and I have no idea what to do 😞
