weird frame.io timeline sync issues

Sometimes when I sync the timeline in the frame.io panel it all works beautifully, click the comment in the frame.io panel and the playhead advances to the right time as it should. Unfortunately that seems to be about 50% of the time. A few bugs happen frequently.
One is when I start the video playing in the frame.io panel it will start the main timeline and I cannot stop it from playing. I pause the video in the frame.io panel and still the maintimeline will not stop. Sometimes I have to quit Premiere to regain control.
Other times it just loses its sync and when you click on a comment the maintime does nothing or moves the playhead to the begining of the squence.
