Weird Pixel Overlapping Glitch While Editing And Exporting Video (Please Help)

Hey!

So I've been experiencing this glitch for quite some time now, and it's been happening in every version of Premiere Pro that I've updated to. Basically, what happens is that when I play the video clips inside Premiere Pro, some of them get this weird glitch where it looks like some pixels from another part of the clips are overlapping and glitching into the actual clip that I'm playing. It's quite hard to explain and very weird. But the main problem is that the glitches persist even when the video is already exported and played in another player on the computer. Could anyone help me with this? I've tried absolutely everything and nothing has worked 😕😕

    Is your media footage downloaded from youtube? I have the same issue, and I solve the problem by encoring footages again... for now

    This could be caused by the computer or hdd not being fast enough to update the intermediate frames in compressed media. I often get it with  slow Internet connection when streaming.

      Okay, do you have any tips on how I can check if that's the case?

      Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

      Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:

      Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:

      Here are the screen shots! Thanks again for the tips, I tried it but still got some glitches. I don't think it's a problem with the media though

      I'm with PeruBob ... that looks like it's  GPU driver issue, perhaps mooshed in with a corrupt cache. Delete all cache files with no project open as the links he supplied will tell you in detail. Then do the clean Studio driver install.

      Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, this didn't fix the issue, and I'm still stuck with those glitches 😕😕

      Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

      If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:

      If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
      Reset a workspace
      Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
      1. Do one of the following:
      • Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
      • Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

      If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

      If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver)

      If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

      First of all, thank you for all that! Unfortunately though, after following all the instructions you gave me, the problem still seems to persist 😕😕
