Welcome to the community! To remove the background from a video, you can use different techniques depending on your requirements. If you have a solid-colored background in the subject, you may use the Keying effects, like Ultra Key, to remove the background. Alternatively, you can try the new Object Mask tool, available in the latest Premiere Pro (Beta), to automatically track and mask the subject to remove it from the background.
