when i attempt to export the video from premiere, the video attempts to export, exports until a certain frame, and then the error box pops up stating that error -2147287036 has occurred at timestamp 15:10 and i end up with an MP4 that is the video up until 15:09 and nothing beyond that

    1. In your Sequence, select Sequence > Render In to Out to render the clip. When you export, open the General section and enable Use Previews.

    2. If that doesn't resolve it, open Export Settings, and under Video, click More, then set Encoding Settings to Software Encoding.

    3. If that still doesn't work, try the same settings again, but choose Send to Media Encoder instead.

It very much sounds like you may have a corrupt video file in your timeline.

You may want to download the free app “Handbrake” and try converting file to a new version and then bring it back into Premiere and see if that helps.
