What happened to Dynamic in the Audio Track FX panel?

I use the Dynamic option quite a bit but with the 2017 update it has changed and no longer displays the panel of prior version.  The controls on the new one are similar but don't seem to work the same and the limiter is missing?  I have this control in lots of projects and I am wondering if this is a bug or do I now have to keep 2 versions of PPr so I can edit older projects that use this?

Just confirmed that the missing control does affect older projects in that it shows a "missing" message when the project first loads however the legacy Dynamics panel is still available on the Audio Track Mixer panel but only in older projects, it is not available for a new project.
