What if I want to animate text automatically when the speaker speaks that particular word?

I want to create text for my video. When the speaker speaks, it gets highlighted, but I need the next full line on the screen.

How can we do it quickly?

    With the current Premiere tools avaialble it would be very difficult to do this "quickly."

    I suggest 3rd party tools -- look at SubMachine or Brevidy.
