What is the best Adobe workflow for creating TikTok videos?

I work in the social-media tools niche and regularly deal with short-form content for platforms such as TikTok.

For vertical videos, which Adobe workflow would you recommend for editing, adding captions, resizing, and exporting?

I’m mainly looking for a workflow that keeps the video quality high while producing a reasonable file size for social-media uploads.

Would Premiere Pro be enough for this, or would you recommend using another Adobe app alongside it?

    Premiere Pro is Adobe’s video editing software. Depending on the level of effects you want to add, you may wish to consider After Effects along side it. Both are included in the Creative Cloud and Creative Cloud Pro plans.
