What is the fastest way to learn Premier?

Question

Everyone in my group knows that I don't have a clue as to how to use Premier.. I dont mind taking on a challenge but my question is what is the fastest and easiest way to learn premiere? I would like to learn the basics First before moving into any advanced area.
