What premiere pro versions are able for a laptop without support for AVX2?

I need a link for old premiere pro versions that support a laptop without AVX2. I think some version of 2021 can help me maybe, but they are not offered by creative cloud app anymore. Can someone help me?

    You can only download version 26 and 25 today.

    AFAIK Adobe only provide download links to older version if you have Creative Cloud for Teams or Creative Cloud Enterprice subscription.
