The public beta is already into the next build series, 23.x.

 

So no, this is not a beta.

    Can't find release notes for this build, please help

    I think this is just a patch fixing the issues with the original 26.6.0 build, which had a number of bugs.

     

    The 26.1 still had some, and coming out so quickly with a .2 patch indicates they must have fixed another issue or so. But yea, a release notes post would be nice, wouldn't it?
