What's the best way to edit footage with 2 audio files?

I have asked something similar to this before but I think I was going at it the wrong way.

So I am trying to edit Gameplay videos.

I recorded game footage including the games sound while also recording my voice in a separate file

What's the best way to edit all these layers effectively saving as much time as possible?
